From years of experience, this approach has been the absolute best at helping clients (and myself) to get back on track, and reset after a break away from their fitness and wellness routines.

Here’s the approach…

Simple To Do List - make a list of a few impactful tasks you can complete on your first day back; this helps keep me moving forward and creates a sense of accomplishment, which furthers the momentum. Such as ‘meal plan for the next 2 days’ or ‘go for a 5 minute walk after dinner’.

Bedtime routine - be strict with it and get to bed early. This will make SUCH a difference to your food choices the following day!

Meal Planning - it doesn’t have to be a full week in advance, it can be day by day. But doing this in advance will help you to eat in alignment with your health goals, get back on track and prevent overeating. Keep to whole foods - lots of fibre and protein.

Lift - during time away, I often eat more carbs than usual; the extra carbs are stored as glycogen- a fuel source for the body. So, I put those carbs to good use by lifting weights! I typically notice I'm even stronger than usual because of this.

Go for it - for just 7 days, increase your intensity and do more than you normally would when in your fitness routine. So perhaps 5 workouts instead of 4, or 4 sets instead of 3. It will feel hard, but it’s just 7 days - you’ve got this! It will jumpstart you back to where you were, and make the following weeks feel easy in comparison.

Hi I’m Naomi, a dedicated Online Health & Fitness Coach. I’m hugely passionate about helping busy women to create a happy and healthy lifestyle that allows them to unlock their full potential and truly love themselves inside & out!

As a busy working mum myself, and a woman who’s been through the struggles of health changes and body transformations, I know what it feels like to not have a plan that works. Common Questions About 1:1 Coaching

  • A: This is a fully online coaching program, so you can participate no matter where you’re located.

  • Once you’ve applied, I’ll dedicate time getting to know you, your journey so far and where you want to be so that we can work together to create an enjoyable, sustainable and results driven plan for you.

    Most people try to keep to unrealistic ‘diets’ that leave them feeling miserable! These diets rarely work and certainly don’t achieve long lasting success. Instead, the path we always see that leads to great results is to ensure your daily / weekly nutrition and exercise fits seamlessly into your life.

  • A: No, this program doesn’t involve live PT sessions. You can choose to workout at a time that fits your schedule. Your workout plan will be tailored to your goals and you’ll complete it independently with guidance and feedback from me.

  • A: You’ll have 1:1 direct access with me - 6 days per week, to provide support, answer questions, and keep you on track.

  • $600 SGD per month

  • A minimum of 3 months is required to get the most out of your personalised plan and coaching.
